Yes and No. I maintain strict confidentiality for the most part. However, there are very rare times which I am required to share information with the revelvant agencies such as emergency services or parent or care giver (if you are under 18). Rare instances include where there is an imminent risk of threat or harm to yourself or others. I will have a discussion with you before hand regarding this to support you through the process.

Sessions typically last between 45 to 60mins.

Not without your consent. At the end of treatment at your request I can produce a report for you and/or a copy can be shared with your GP.

Yes, as a independant non-medical prescriber, I can safely prescribe and monitor psychopharmacological treatment if required.

After we have agreed a date and time for our therapy session. I will require you to make a 50% non-refundable deposit payment within 24 hours via paypal or bank transfer with your first and last name as a reference. I would then ask that you pay the remainder no later than 48 hours prior to our appointment.

I understand that situations arise. Therefore, you are entitled to reschedule once without losing your deposit.

Individual therapy is charged at £60 per session with sessions typically lasting 45-50mins.

Medication initiation and review are charged at £60 per session.

All reports are charged at £50 per hour*.

* Reports require 2 hours minimal to write. This includes a consultation prior and then drafting it for you. Please allow 72 hours for the report to be written.

The majority of appointments will be carried out via Microsoft Teams which you will be sent a link 48 hours beforehand to your email address. This requires you to have a internet connection, a mobile phone or computer device.

Good question, we will measure your progress in a couple of ways. Firstly, I will seek feedback from you via open and honest conversation after each session. Additionally, I will provide you with specific rating scale depending on what we are working on which will ask you a series of questions that you fill out. This will be provided at the beginning, middle and ending of treatment sessions.
